Donia is the Regional Programs & Education Lead at TikTok. Her role serves as a strategic partner in scaling creator and publisher engagement, education, and marketing programs across METAPSAKZ. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, a teaching diploma and a Masters in International Business with a minor in Marketing, she brings a multifaceted skill set to her current position. Prior to joining TikTok, Donia was the Head of Academics and contributed her expertise as an educator in a Dubai-based school.
