Moon Baz is the Director of Global Partnerships for Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Meta. She leads the partnerships team across the video and content ecosystem in the region and works closely with publishers, strategic creators, public figures, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective collaboration strategies that unlock the full potential of Meta's platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads and Meta AI.
With a deep understanding of each partner type, Moon excels at fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and engagement. Her expertise enables partners to leverage Meta's platforms, driving business results, expanding their reach and building their brands.
Moon has over 18 years of experience in media, including roles as acting CEO of SuperMama, freelance consultant for clients like Deezer MENA and Vue International, and senior management consultant with Booz & Co. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a master's degree in Financial Economics from the American University of Beirut. Moon is fluent in English, Arabic, and French, and resides in Dubai.
