Rolla Karam is Senior Vice President, Content Acquisition and Arabic Channels at OSN. She has over 25 years of experience in media and broadcasting, with expertise in content distribution, sales, acquisition and digital transformation across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
She joined OSN in 2015 after serving as Head of Acquisition at Intigral. Since then, she has led major initiatives including the launches of Mezze, OSN Originals and OSN Woman, and was appointed interim CEO in 2020. Her achievements also include securing key exclusive deals across TV and visual media.
Rola also served as Head of Content for MENA at Iflix before returning to OSN, where she now plays a pivotal role in content strategy, budget oversight and complex rights negotiations across linear and SVOD platforms.
She has been recognized twice among the 101 Most Influential People in the Arab Film Industry by the Arab Cinema Center and won Best TV Production of 2021 from BroadcastPro Middle East for Majhool.
